Chady Fit Cold & Flu Buster Juice
Serves: Makes enough for 3-glasses.
Ingredients – all fruit washed well
• 3 large Navel oranges,
• 8 -10 large carrots
• 1 mango OR pineapple (I used mango for this picture)
• 1.5 inch ginger root
1. Feed all of the ingredients through your juicer, transfer to a large glass jar for storing and shake well to combine before serving.
