Banana pancake

Banana Pancakes

2 very ripe bananas, sliced

3 eggs

1 tbsp. coconut/almond milk

1/4 tsp. almond/vanilla extract

3 tbsp. coconut flour

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

few tbsp. of coconut oil for frying

Directions:

Cook 1-2 min on each side, flip when sides begin to bubble.

Add honey/blue agave, syrup, coconut butter, almond butter, or even some extra sliced banana, berries, or nuts.
